How can I be sure that the product is original and has not been opened before?
Each pack containing the MUUD. inhaler is secured with a band - national excise stamp of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland. The first opening of the package damages the band, therefore the quality of each product is guaranteed by the undamaged band on the bottom of the package.
Why MUUD. inhalers are not refillable?
Due to legal regulations and the safety of our customers, MUUD. inhalers not refillable.
A single-use device guarantees the safety and the highest quality of the substance contained in the inhaler, which is what you and us care about the most.
After using your inhaler, dispose of it according to the instructions available on our website.
As a MUUD. we value issues related to caring for the environment, therefore we are at the stage of developing a recycling program, details soon.
Can I drive a car after using MUUD. products?
After using the MUUD. products you can drive a car. MUUD. products do not contain intoxicating or psychoactive substances.
However, we do not recommend using the SLEEP function before or while driving, use it when you are in a place where you can fully relax. Before use, read the instructions for use available on our website.

My device is not working. What to do?
We make every effort to ensure that each of the MUUD. inhalers is of the highest quality. However, the conditions of storage, transport and other factors beyond our control may affect the final receipt of the product.
Sometimes the reason why you cannot use your inhaler is the discharged battery. If the LED light on the bottom of your device flashes during inhalation, charge it using a micro-USB charger (500mA / 0.5A).
If your MUUD., despite charging, still does not work, take the product to the store where you made the purchase and submit the product to the complaint procedure. A broken device is the basis for replacing the MUUD. with a new one.
